Welcome to Elite Fire Protection. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at [https://elitefireutah.com] (the "Site") and the services we offer (the "Services", "work"). By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Accessing and using our Site and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Website Disclaimer

While Elite Fire Protection strives for accuracy, the information on our website (elitefireutah.com) may contain errors or omissions.  Elite Fire Protection does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of this information and is not responsible for the content of any linked websites. Use of linked sites is at your own risk.

3. Changes to Terms 

Elite Fire Protection reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Site and Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. 

4. Regulatory Compliance

Elite Fire Protection operates in compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations governing fire protection services. We ensure our practices meet or exceed industry standards and legal requirements.

5. Pricing and Rates

All pricing and labor rates are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations affecting the cost of materials, services, and/or regulatory changes.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices are due 15 days from the invoice date.  A late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance will accrue on the 31st day after the invoice date, and will continue to accrue at the same rate every 30 days thereafter.

7. Service Appointments

Elite Fire Protection technicians prioritize punctuality. However, unforeseen circumstances during inspections or service calls may necessitate appointment rescheduling. All service/inspection appointments are considered "soft appointments," unless otherwise specified in a written contract. We do not guarantee exact appointment times.

8. Service Hours and Labor

Our standard business hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Work performed outside these hours will be billed at overtime rates. Work performed during holidays (New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Pioneer Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day) will be billed at holiday rates. Elite fire protection reserves the right to charge hazard fees for Work performed in extreme risk envorinments including but not limited to working, in proximity to the storage of high risk chemicals, extreme temperatures, extreme heights, biohazards, confined spaces.        

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Elite Fire Protection and the client and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
